Data controller
The controller of personal data is Vincent Paris, physiotherapist and osteopath D.O. practising in his own name as a self-employed health professional, 19, rue des Capucins, L-1313 Luxembourg. Contact: terapi.centre@terapi.lu.
Applicable framework
The processing of personal data is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU Regulation 2016/679) and by the Luxembourg law of 1 August 2018 organising the National Commission for Data Protection and implementing the GDPR.
Data collected by the site
The site has no user account or data collection form. Google Analytics loads only after you accept audience measurement. Refusing does not prevent you from browsing or booking an appointment.
Like any website, the server hosting it generates technical connection logs (IP address, timestamp, pages viewed), processed by the host SiteGround Spain S.L. acting as processor, solely for the security and proper operation of the service, then deleted according to its standard retention periods. These logs remain within the European Union.
Optional audience measurement
With your consent, Google Analytics measures page views and website interactions using cookies and technical information about your browser and device. This service is provided by Google Ireland Limited; data may be processed outside the European Union, including in the United States. See policies.google.com/privacy. Advertising consent remains denied and Google Signals is disabled by this site. The page address sent by the site excludes query parameters and fragments. You can withdraw consent in the Your choice section of the Cookies page, accessible from the footer. This stops future measurement; it does not automatically erase data already collected. To exercise your rights, contact terapi.centre@terapi.lu.
In the current Analytics settings, event data retention is two months and user data retention is fourteen months. New activity can renew the user data retention period. These settings do not limit the retention of aggregate statistical reports.
Appointment booking goes through Doctena
The calendar shown on practitioner pages is a frame provided by Doctena, isolated from the rest of the page by your browser. What you enter there is sent to Doctena, not to this site. The appointment is then passed on to us so the practice diary can be kept.
Doctena processes this information under its own privacy policy and displays its own consent request inside that frame. We have no access to what happens there and cannot change how it works.
The practice phone number stays visible next to every calendar. Booking by phone avoids going through a third party.
Your health data
The file created during consultations, including assessments and reports, is covered by professional confidentiality. It is kept at the practice and never passes through this site.
The site does not read the information entered inside the Doctena calendar. It does not send appointment reasons, patient records or the contents of that calendar to Analytics.
Third party links and content
The map thumbnails are images hosted with the site. Clicking them opens Google Maps. No interactive Google map is embedded in these pages.
Doctena provides the booking calendar. Google Analytics is a separate service that loads only if you accept audience measurement.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability regarding your personal data. You can exercise these rights by writing to terapi.centre@terapi.lu.
Health data is also subject to the retention rules specific to health professions: a care record cannot always be erased on simple request.
If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD), the competent Luxembourg authority, at cnpd.lu.
Retention periods
The host's technical logs are kept according to its standard periods, for security purposes. Email exchanges are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request. Data linked to an appointment is a matter for Doctena as regards the booking, and for the practice care record as regards the medical part.
