Reflex massage
Connective tissue massage using drawn strokes, mainly on the back.
Reflex massage derives from acupuncture. It rests on the idea that each organ of the body has a matching zone on the foot.
The principle
The therapist works on the energy of the various organs by pressing on certain sensitive zones of the foot. The gesture works rather like a switch that operates a lamp from a distance. The aim is relaxation and relief from stress.
How a session works
You stay clothed, only the feet are uncovered. The practitioner works zone by zone, with sustained pressure. A session lasts between thirty and forty-five minutes.
This approach supports wellbeing. It makes no diagnosis and does not replace medical advice.
The initial assessment helps determine whether this treatment is suitable for you. The treatment is carried out on your doctor's prescription.
