Osteopathy and manual therapies
Osteopathy
A manual approach to the mobility of joints, muscles and tissue.
Osteopathy is a non-conventional form of care based on manual manipulation of bones, muscles and joints.
What our care covers
Several osteopathic and physiotherapy approaches are practised at the practice.
How a session works
The practitioner starts with questions and a manual examination, looking for areas where mobility is restricted, then treats them. Some techniques are firm, others very gentle. The choice depends on you, on your age and on the area being treated.
Osteopathy does not replace medical advice. Pain that persists or gets worse needs to be investigated by a doctor.
Not sure this applies to you?
The initial assessment helps determine whether this treatment is suitable for you. The treatment is carried out on your doctor's prescription.
